Terms of Service.
For Digitwerks accounts, software, and digital purchases. Last updated October 30, 2026.
Digitwerks is an independent business based in West Virginia, USA. For questions about these terms or a purchase, email jason@digitwerks.com.
1. Using Digitwerks
By using this website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. A specific app or product may have additional terms shown with that product. You must be legally able to make purchases or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account to investigate fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms, and will make reasonable efforts to restore legitimate access.
3. Products, prices, and delivery
Digitwerks offers software applications and downloadable digital resources. Each product page describes what is included and its price. Unless a product page says otherwise, prices are in US dollars and purchases are one-time payments. The total amount charged will be shown before payment; any tax we collect will appear at checkout.
Digital products are delivered through your Digitwerks account after payment is confirmed. A product may include a download and an account-linked license key. Keep a copy of purchased files; we may update, replace, or retire downloads over time. If a download or key is missing or unusable, email us and we will work to resolve it.
4. License to use digital products
Unless a product page or separate license says otherwise, a purchase grants the account holder a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for personal or internal business purposes. You may use it on devices you own or control. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the software, design, or other intellectual property.
You may not share or sell your license key, redistribute purchased files, present our work as your own, or use the product unlawfully. You may not bypass license controls or reverse engineer software except where applicable law expressly permits it. We retain all rights not expressly granted.
5. Trials, refunds, and disputes
Some apps and software may offer a 14-day demo trial. A trial is available only when the product page expressly offers it; its start, features, and limits will be shown there. A trial does not automatically start a paid subscription or charge you.
Digital purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please use any available demo before buying. If a product is not delivered or does not work substantially as described, email jason@digitwerks.com with your order details so we can fix the issue or provide the remedy required by law. A refunded license is revoked and access to its download ends.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us so we can investigate it. You may also use the dispute process offered by your payment provider.
6. Updates and online features
We may release fixes and improvements, but a one-time purchase does not promise every future version or new feature. Some apps may use online services for licensing, synchronization, or updates; availability and requirements will be described with the product. We may change or discontinue an online feature, with reasonable notice when practical.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of files and content you create with Digitwerks products. You are responsible for keeping backups of your own work and for using products in a way that respects others' rights. Our Privacy Policy explains how account and purchase information is handled.
8. Availability and warranties
We work to provide accurate descriptions and reliable products. Except for promises we make expressly on a product page and rights that cannot be excluded by law, the website and products are provided as available without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Digitwerks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the business and products change. The current version will be posted here with a new date. Material changes affecting existing purchases will be communicated when practical. These terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia, USA, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
